Legal Rights For Student Victims of Sexual Abuse

Sex abuse victim lawyer Jason Amala represents victims of sexual abuse by people in positions of trust – such as student victims of sex abuse by teachers and other school staff members. Here is Bobby with some information on the legal rights of these victims:

“When a teacher is charged with sexual abuse of a student, investigating and determining whether or not the abuse could have been prevented is vital. Sex offenders often pursue jobs as teachers and other members of the school system, where they can be comfortable working with children. Our schools have to be vigilant against these predators and do their best to shield their students from abuse. Our firm, located in California, is here to help families get justice and start investigations to determine the truth,” concluded Mr. Amala.
