Eric Lazaro Landaverde, 64, has been arrested following allegations of sexually abusing three students at Brent Elementary School located at 500 Witt Rd, Little Elm, TX 75068. According to Fox 4, Landaverde worked as a custodian at the Little Elm ISD school for two years.
The Little Elm Police Department launched an investigation after a parent reported inappropriate contact involving a Little Elm ISD employee. Authorities say the alleged abuse occurred during the final week of the school year.
Upon learning of the allegations last Thursday, Little Elm ISD promptly removed Landaverde from all student contact and notified law enforcement. He is no longer employed by the district.
Brent Elementary addressed families directly, stressing their dedication to maintaining a safe environment and encouraging anyone with information to contact the Little Elm Police Department. The district continues to cooperate fully with the ongoing investigation.

Nigam: They can pursue compensation for physical and emotional harm, including therapy costs, pain and suffering, and sometimes punitive damages to hold the offender accountable.
