According to Patch, 22-year-old Rochdi Tibta was arrested and charged Friday for unlawfully touching a child at Kong's Taekwondo Learning Center in Lorton in 2019.
Rochdi Tibta was a center employee at the school from December 2018 to December 2019 and acted as the sole caretaker for the minors on several occasions.
Fairfax County Police detectives from the Major Crimes Bureau Child Abuse Squad investigated the victims' claims that while attending the after-school program at Kong's Taekwondo Learning Center, Rochdi Tibta had the victim sit on his lap and unlawfully touched her on three occasions.
Tibta is currently being held without bail following police charges of three counts of aggravated sexual assault.
