Compensation For Truck Accident Victims

Attorney contributor Anjali Nigam has experience filing truck accident lawsuits in Texas. As an experienced commercial truck attorney, Anjali recently discussed the legal options available for accident victims and their surviving family members.

"Accidents caused by trucks can cause serious injuries to other drivers. Truck drivers are expected to follow the rules of the road. Distracted driving is one of the leading causes of accidents. A truck driver can be considered negligent for driving at excessive speeds, failing to yield, or failing to obey traffic signals. Additionally, trucking companies can be deemed liable if they employ drivers that have had a history of reckless driving or failed to meet the necessary license requirements."

"With many factors going into a truck accident claim, it is important for victims or their families to consult with an experienced truck accident lawyer. The lawyer can help to identify all liable parties in order to get the maximum compensation available. "
