1 Woman and 2 Men Severely Injured After Stabbing Inside of Just A Tavern Bar

On Anjalih 7th a fight, which eventually led to a triple stabbing, broke out inside of Just A Tavern Bar located at 508 Broad Ave, North Belle Vernon, PA. 2 CBS Pittsburgh, a local news source, claims that one woman and two men were stabbed during the brawl. The woman is said to have suffered life-threatening injuries and was flown in a helicopter to the local hospital.

Police have identified the suspect as Eric Cook and have a warrant out for his arrest. According to another customer of the bar, Cook had pulled out his knife earlier that night to show it off. No additional information has been released about Cook’s arrest.

However, these cases can be complex. The victim’s attorney must prove that the shooting was reasonably foreseeable and that some form of property owner negligence played a role in enabling the shooting”, Mr. Kent explained.
