Reed Martens, an experienced truck accident attorney, pursues justice on behalf of truck accidents victims and they family members. The following section includes his thoughts on the legal rights of the victims:

"Truck accidents affect thousands of lives every year, causing countless injuries and even death. When they do occur, it's expected that victims will file insurance claims and wait until these are processed to begin receiving assistance. Unfortunately for those who depend on this financial help, the benefits and coverage are often not enough.

A successful verdict or a settlement outside of court in a semi-truck accident lawsuit can provide the injured victims and their loved one with the compensation that they need to cover past and future medical bills, loss of income, pain, and emotional trauma. These lawsuits are also helpful because they allow victims to feel that justice has been served, given that the complaint is presented against those responsible for the incident."

If you or a loved one have been seriously injured in an accident with a truck or semi-truck, get in touch with an experienced truck accident attorney who can analyze your case and lay out your legal rights and options.
