Houston, TX - Geikel Ruiz Dominguez Charged With Fatally Shooting a Man at the Nightclub on Winrock Boulevard

One Killed in Nightclub Shooting

According to Eyewitness News 13, a man was shot and killed outside the nightclub located at 2627 Winrock Blvd, Houston, TX 77057. 

On January 16, 2022, a man was shot and killed on his way to his vehicle in the nightclub's parking lot. The suspect fled the scene but was later identified as 24-year-old Geikel Ruiz Dominguez. Dominguez is being sought and charged with murder. 

Filing Lawsuits For Family of Fatal Nightclub Shootings

These provisions may include trained security officials, well-lit parking lots, and surveillance cameras. Too often, nightclub owners ignore their property security needs. In these cases of neglect, the owner can be held accountable for their injury or death."

"When a nightclub owner is aware of an increase in risk for their patrons and staff, they are responsible for taking added steps to ensure their safety. This may include conducting weapons checks and metal detectors."
