According to WTHR.com, on October 17th around 1:30 a.m., Dario Chagollan was driving along 116th Street west of Hoosier Road.
Police reported that Chagollan struck a Toyota from behind. When authorities arrived the Toyota was completely ablaze. The woman driving the Toyota died at the scene.
Chagollan was treated at the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. Later he was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated causing death.
