Justice For Victims Injured in 18-Wheeler Crashes

Attorney commentator Anjali Nigam is an experienced truck accident attorney in Texas who specializes in 18-wheeler accident cases. He helps those who were injured in truck accidents seek the compensation they deserve. In a recent discussion, Anjali talked about the legal rights of those involved in 18-wheeler or semi-truck accidents.

"As a Texas truck accident lawyer, I have seen firsthand the devastating effects of truck accidents and the emotional distress that follows. It is the duty of the trucking company to ensure that their drivers are competent to drive semi trucks and that their vehicles are properly maintained. Failure to do so can result in serious injury or death to innocent victims."

"Victims of truck accidents have the right to seek compensation for any damages they have suffered, including medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, and emotional distress. In order to receive compensation, victims must be able to prove that the trucking company was responsible for the accident. This can be done by showing that the trucking company did not provide a safe environment for their drivers, did not properly maintain their vehicles, or did not adequately train their drivers or make sure they were free from prior driving violations."

"It is important for victims of truck accidents to seek legal counsel as soon as possible in order to ensure that their rights are protected and that they are able to receive the compensation they deserve. An experienced truck accident lawyer will be able to investigate the incident, gather evidence, and present the strongest case possible in order to maximize the victim’s compensation."
