The Bronx 12 News reported that a shooting occurred in front of the La Hookita De Alberto Hookah Lounge located at 1126 Suffolk Ave, Brentwood, NY 11717.
At approximately 3:45 a.m. on Monday, April 15, 2022, a man was shot outside of the Central Islip hookah lounge following an argument. The 40-year-old victim was taken to a Bay Shore hospital but later pronounced dead. Police are still investigating the incident and have not made any arrests.

This often includes is providing ample outdoor lighting, fully functional security cameras, and properly trained security personnel. A property owner's failure to uphold these safety precautions could land them liable in the instance of an injury or death."
