"Accidents caused by tow trucks, or other large trucks, can result in severe injuries or death to other drivers due to the size of the vehicle. The added weight and bulk of the truck while towing another vehicle increase the risk of accidents. Truck drivers are expected to follow best driving practices to reduce the risk of such accidents. However, distracted driving is one of the leading causes of accidents. Poor weather conditions, inexperience, speeding, and truck mechanical failures are some other possible causes of tow truck accidents."
"Tow trucks can cause great damage to other vehicles in an accident. Injury victims may be left with medical expenses, lost wages, and emotional and physical suffering after a tow truck crash. Victims or their surviving family members may be entitled to file a claim for compensation. They can learn more by speaking with an experienced tow truck accident lawyer."
