Compensation For Victims Injured in School Bus Accidents

Attorney Kristen Beightol is an experienced school bus accident lawyer representing victims across the state of North Carolina. She recently sat down with us to discuss some of the legal rights of injured victims of school bus accidents and the financial compensation they might recover by filing a civil lawsuit.

"School bus accidents can occur for many reasons. Maintenance issues with the bus, traffic and road conditions, and other internal factors can lead to a collision and harm to the students aboard. To prevent this, school transportation companies must ensure their vehicles are in good condition, their drivers are properly trained, and the vehicles are regularly maintained. If negligence is found, the company can be held responsible for the accident."

"Victims can learn more by speaking with an experienced bus accident lawyer. An attorney can identify all parties responsible for the accident and ensure that the victim or their family receives the financial compensation they rightly deserve to cover medical expenses and more."
