Severe Injuries Were Sustained At A Twin Echo Lane Construction Project

The accident occurred Friday, October 25th around 10:30AM, just off Centre Street and nearby to Rte 1.

It was then when emergency units responded to a call regarding a worker whose leg had been crushed by an excavator at a Danvers neighborhood construction site. Upon arrival, they promptly assessed the victim’s injuries and called for a MedFlight helicopter.

The victim was transported by Atlantic Ambulance to nearby Highlands School where the helicopter landed and picked him up. He was taken to an unspecified hospital in the Boston, MA area for treatment.

Local authorities are conducting an investigation, with OSHA intervening into this workplace injury as well.

Laurence Banville

Hi. My name is Laurence Banville.

If you or a loved one were injured or killed in this accident or a similar one, I would be happy to speak with you and discuss your options.

Call the number below. It would be my honor to help you. Consultations are free.

Laurence Banville is an experienced construction injury attorney who has spent years assertively fighting for the rights of those he represents. He offered the following information for those who may have suffered injuries while on-the-job:

“It really doesn’t matter what industry a person is in, or by what means they became injured; if they suffered any kind of workplace injury, then they have the right to file worker’s compensation claim that can provide them with a financial compensation.

And yes, even if the work accident was the victim’s fault, they can still receive benefits.

Unfortunately, the worker’s comp system is not an easy or simple one to navigate as there are a lot of obstacles, obstacles which will stop victims from receiving the full extent of benefits that they may be entitled to.

For this reason, after suffering an injury on a construction site, the injured victims should consider consulting with an experienced construction accident attorney. The right legal representative will have experience with the worker’s comp system as well as know other knowledgeable people in the industry who can support a victim’s claims, such as a specialized doctor.

With the help of an aggressive attorney who puts the rights of his clients before all, victims have the possibility of achieving a complete compensation that covers every aspect of damages resulting from the injury.”
