Fabian, 26, is facing six felony counts, including unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor more than three years younger, sexual penetration of a foreign object involving a victim under 18, and oral copulation by a person over 21 with someone under 16. Additional charges include arranging a meeting with a minor and committing lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14.
The investigation commenced when the Bakersfield Police Department’s Special Victims Unit responded to Del Oro High School on October 28, 2025. Reports indicated a suspected inappropriate relationship between an employee and a student. Following his arrest, the Kern High School District confirmed Fabian's employment and placed him on administrative leave.
